How interesting. Here you are, Mr. Hahn, condemning people for judging others, yet, by calling the employee a "bitch" and other such things, you are JUDGING HER yourself! The fact of the matter is, that employee was trying not to CRY because the situation was tense and, in fact, a bit scary.
Don't judge people. Just because she had a headdress on does NOT mean that she was "smirking" at the comments, and it definitely does NOT mean that she even knew them! The issue in all of this is racism, and your comments are as racist as the ones that were made at the presentation.
The attendees who made those comments were wrong in doing so. And you are wrong for assuming what you just assumed about that employee.
