Does anyone know if Mr. Elmasry has a public comment / opinion regarding Irshad Manje's, Trouble With Islam?

Does Mark Steyn's book America Alone really say anything worse about Islam than Manje's book?

I wonder if Barbara Hall and her group at the OHRC would ever dare say anything negative about Irshad ...
