Yes, that is Carolyn Parrish's official website, undoubtedly paid for, in part, by you.
I can't say categorically that it's "official Martin policy", but it mirrors statements publicly uttered by Bill Graham, so it's fair to conclude it's Martin Policy.
That makes it an outrageous policy of stunning hypocrisy and a flagrant denial of reality. One might imagine the federal Liberals would be embarrassed by it all, but apparently not. The more the public points out their flaws, the more they dig in their heels.
