The Khadrs have lost quite a few Canadian passports and had them all promptly replaced by helpful Canadian functionaries. And when they demand to be returned to Canada, they get yet another passport and an expedited return. But of course there is no reason to be suspicious of a friend of Osama Bin Laden who loses multiple passports in Pakistan and who wishes that all her children die killing infidels.
